Your username and password have already been created.

Your Default Username is the member number on your monthly statement.
ie: 0900 (it must be 4 digits) or for spouses 0900a
Your Default Password is your member number and the last name of the primary account holder's name in lowercase ie: 0900smith or for spouses 0900asmith

You will be prompted to reset your password after the initial login and you will need to set up a security question as well.
